Returns & Refunds

3 Day Return

You can return products to the vendor within 3 days of receipt, as long as they are unused and have their original tags, labels, box, and packaging, and with the original invoice.

Earrings & Customisations

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced products cannot be returned, even if unused. Customized products or special requests cannot be returned.

Bundles, gifts & promotions

If the item was part of a bundle offer, the refund will be based on the value of the item in the invoice. If there is a gift with purchase or purchase with purchase promotion, all products of the promotion must be returned.

Defective items

Returns of defective items (except damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, or negligence after purchase) or wrong products received are free of charge.

Domestic Returns

For sellers based in the UAE, a delivery fee of 3% + AED 30 will be applied to purchases made with a credit card, while AED 30 will be charged for Cash on Delivery orders, deducted from the total purchase amount.

International Returns

For international sellers, returns only apply for defective items.

Returns after 3 days

If you wish to return the product within 3 days of purchase but within 1 year, a deduction of 35% of the invoice price will be applied. After 1 year has passed, the value will be determined based on the cost of raw materials.

Refund Policy

The refund process will only begin after we have received, inspected, and approved the returned items.

The reimbursement may take up to 45 days and will be done by either refunding the amount to your card or transferring the funds to your bank account.

Exchange Policy

The same rules that apply to Return Policy also apply to exchanges.

Exchanges must be made with the same seller from whom the purchase was originally made.

You may exchange products within 15 days of purchase, up to 1 year, with a deduction of 35% of the invoice price.

After 1 year, exchange is possible, and the amount will be calculated based on the raw materials used to make the product.
